Required documents

• an application to the Director (to be completed in the admissions Committee).
• Original documents on education and appendices to it.
• the Originals of certificates (mathematics, Russian or Belarusian language) centralized testing conducted in the Republic of Belarus in the year of admission (for the applicants on the basis of secondary education) in all forms of education.
• a Medical certificate in the form prescribed by the Ministry of health of the Republic of Belarus.
• medicalcounselling or medical rehabilitation expert Commission about absence of contra-indications for training in the chosen specialty (for graduates of institutions providing special education for children with disabilities under 18 years of age, invalids of I, II, III groups);
• 6 photos 3x4 cm (colored, opaque).
• 2 envelope with stamps.
• Passport or identity document.
• the Documents confirming the Belarusian nationality (for Belarusians, who are citizens of foreign States or stateless persons, permanently residing on the territory of foreign States)
• extract from the work record book of entrants on the correspondence form of education at the expense of the budget.
• help on family composition and the place of residence.
• assignment certificate recruit or military ticket.
• documents confirming the right of an applicant for benefits established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as testifying to the educational and creative achievements.
• Feature from school.

Note! When you go to College applicants belonging to the category of children-orphans, children left without parental care, must submit the following documents (copies of documents must be notarized):

For social orphans

• birth certificate (original)
• copy of a court decision on deprivation of parents (or a single parent) of parental rights, about the removal order, recognition as legally incapable, recognition as missing or deceased
• copy of the court verdict on deprivation of freedom or being under custody, a copy of the document confirming the wanted list
• copy of the court ruling on recovery of the expenses with the obliged person to detain children
• copy of the decision of the administration or of the district Executive Committee (city Executive Committee) on the appointment of a guardian (if assigned)
• copy of the decision of the administration or of the district Executive Committee (city Executive Committee) on the removal of guardianship (if you removed)
• help on the period of stay of a child in public care
• reference on incomes for the last six months
• copy the entire ticket
• document binding, being in ownership of housing, updated for 2013, about registration of citizens in need of better housing conditions or certificate of absence of housing
• help from the Registrar containing information records from the act of birth (in the absence of the father)

For biological orphans

• birth certificate
• passport
• death certificate of the parents (or a single parent)
• copy of the decision of the administration or of the district Executive Committee (city Executive Committee) on the appointment of a guardian (if assigned)
• copy of the decision of the administration or of the district Executive Committee (city Executive Committee) on the removal of guardianship (if you removed)
• help on the period of stay of a child in public care
• reference on incomes for the last six months
• copy the entire ticket
• document binding, being in ownership of housing, about the registration of citizens in need of better housing conditions or certificate of absence of housing

 

Foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) submit the admission Commission the following documents:

• the Application for admission with indication of a speciality;
• Certificate (document) of education with indication of studied subjects and received on them at examinations of marks (points);
• Medical report issued by the territorial organization of health of the Republic of Belarus (after compulsory medical examination in direction of the College);
• Medical conclusion about the state of health and the certificate about the absence of HIV infection, issued by an official health authority of the country from which came the applicant;
• Copy of birth certificate, attested in established order;
• Six photos in the size 3x4 see;
• a Certificate of completion of the preparatory Department, preparatory courses of the College (at the end of the preparatory sections and preparatory courses of the College;
• To the listed documents, executed in a foreign language, enclosed translation into Belarusian or Russian language, certified by a notary.
• the identity Document should be presented by the entrant personally.

the Admission of students to receive vocational education in the College is carried out in accordance with the Rules of admission to receive vocational education, approved by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 14. 07.2011 № 653.

In accordance with paragraphs 15 and 16 of the Rules, the Ministry of education coordinates the conduct of entrance examinations in the specialty 3-15 02 01 "Decorative-applied art" in the form of a test pattern and approves a program admission test.
